Step 1 - Map and measure call
Before we design anything, we take the time to truly understand your business needs and objectives. We explore your current capabilities, any sticking points and importantly determine what success looks like to you. It’s relaxed but strategic and is all about making sure that we co-design something that suits you, rather than just ticking boxes. -
Step 2 - Design
Following on from your M&M call, we design a bespoke, tailored and interactive training session just for your team. You will have the opportunity to review the training deck in advance to ensure that it aligns with your desired outcomes. -
Step 3 - Delivery
We facilitate a safe environment, but the learning will feel co-created, through your active participation and the sharing of ideas and experience. Expect a blend of personal reflection, practical insight and experiential activities, designed to be engaging and embed behavioural change. -
Step 4 - evaluation
When L&D is done right, evaluation is pivotal; after all, to move forward, you need to know where you’ve been. We use evaluation tools and techniques throughout the session to measure progress. Afterwards, we’ll capture key learning insights and assess training impact. These findings are reviewed with you and directly inform the design of future sessions, ensuring continuity and measurable growth. -
Step 5 - keep evolving
Successful L&D enables the application of learning to on the job, real-world experiences. It’s about creating new habits. That’s why we offer Keep Evolving: a collection of follow-up resources, including training summaries and reference guides, designed to keep learning active and embedded long after the session ends.
