With nine years of experience in training, development, and education, Laura brings a dynamic, inclusive approach to learning. She has partnered with teams across commercial, marketing, partnerships, IT, finance, and operations, supporting them throughout their development journeys. Laura has deep expertise in designing annual L&D Development Plans, analysing team-specific needs to deliver targeted, high-impact learning.
You’ll immediately recognise a session designed and delivered by Laura, facilitation is at the heart of her work. Grounded in theory? Absolutely. Lectured at? Definitely not. Expect sessions that cater to a wide range of learning styles, with plenty of opportunity to get involved. Come ready to participate, reflect, and get stuck in.
Laura is known for creating psychologically safe environments where confidentiality is respected and participants feel comfortable to engage openly. She has delivered programmes to entire teams, ensuring that within the same session, everyone, from graduates through to directors, receives learning that is relevant to their level and role. Additionally, Laura has worked with individuals who wouldn’t typically collaborate, encouraging cross-functional learning and fostering meaningful connections. No matter the starting point, Laura is deeply committed to ensuring that everyone leaves having learnt something new and wanting to come back for more.
Having previously managed L&D budgets, Laura understands the challenge of delivering the right support to the right people, within commercial constraints.
