1. Pick a package
Options vary depending upon the level of support you need. We offer a range of tailored packages, designed to meet a diverse range of needs.

Get in touch to receive an ‘Inside Growth’ summary for the content you are interested in. These give an outline of the session’s purpose, training format, objectives, outcomes and key stuff you need to know.
3. Book a Map and Measure Call
Or you can’t see the content you need right now, so you’ll let us learn more about you and what you’re looking for. This way we can design to meet your needs.
We’ll learn more about you. We’ll focus on the content you’ve seen below and tailor the course to fit your goals, objectives and people.
These are informal but strategic calls.

Designed for teams who want to take a holistic approach that embeds development into your culture
You’re focused on measuring capability improvement over time and maintaining active learner engagement

This is a more comprehensive package and requires a minimum annual spend.
This investment can be used across different teams and sessions; there’s no right or wrong way to use it.
By choosing this package, you’re simply committing to partnering with us at least twice within a 12-month period, beginning on your package start date.
Progressive

You’re ready to create a comprehensive, annual Development Plan, reviewed regularly to monitor progress
You want support with a Training Needs Analysis to understand where your team is now and where they need to be
Ideal if you have identified multiple needs across varying teams and want tailored sessions to be delivered in tandem
You want support with additional L&D matters such as Appraisal and Competency Frameworks

As our most extensive package, this has a minimum monthly spend.
However, this budget doesn’t need to be used monthly - it can be allocated at any time and in whatever way works best for you. Having said that, a rolling monthly subscription may be the most suitable approach.The budget can be shared across different teams, multiple categories, or alternative L&D support. How you choose to use it is entirely up to you.
Ultimately, we’ll act as a consistent partner throughout the year, supporting your L&D strategy.
